I have 5 kiddos myself age 8, 5,3,1, and 9months Two are autistic level 2 and 3 and one with adhd Having patience is definitely in my books and multitasking. Having children on the spectrum who are non verbal you learn a lot especially about the hidden cues they give and I have taken classes to better educate myself and what I can do better and earned some certificates. Children especially babies to toddlers love being around me due to the love I give off and calmness, I treat and take care of every child as if they were my own. I also respect any wishes and rules that each family has. I am here to help in any way I can wether it’s entertaining the children for parents to have a date night or watch children while work has to get done , or be that over night sitter cause sleep is needed. Hello-im crystal I'm very patient and love working with kids. I like to creat a structured and fun based environment tailored to each family. I have many years of experience with children and happen to have a little girl of my own with another on the way! I’m full time mom during the week and registered dental assistant. The weekends are much more flexible as my little one is occasionally visiting grandma or cousins. With extra time on my hands and tons of love to share I’m happy help in any way I can.
