Sherrie Lee $15 per hour for 1 child

I'm a high school computer science and graphic design teacher during the school year. On the weekends and during the summer, I like to play with little ones. I specialize in infants and toddlers and prefer them, but I will work with kids up to about 12 years old. I have been working in the church nursery at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall since 2001 and I worked as a babysitter off and on my whole life for friends and family. I have over 30 years of experience, mostly with infants and toddlers. I enjoy taking toddlers and older kids to the park, museum, movies, zoo, or indoor places like JUMP! I believe kids thrive best in their own environment with their own toys, books and games, so I prefer to care for your child in your own home. I have a fairly open schedule during the summer, but during the school year, it's very full. I know that it's not an ideal situation for a nanny, however, if you need someone while you are looking for a more permanent Nanny, keep me in mind. Have a blessed day.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
