I recently moved to College Station from San Antonio after getting married and am excited to become part of this community. Before relocating, I worked as a social studies and special education teacher for two major school districts. I also spent over 15 years in child development centers as a lead infant, toddler, and preschool teacher, and I have 20+ years of babysitting and pet‑sitting experience. I am certified in First Aid, CPR/AED, and Stop the Bleed. Caring for children is truly my calling. I meet each child where they are and take time to understand how they learn best. Hi! My name is Manita, and I’m currently a senior at Texas A&M University. I offer child care, senior care, pet care, and general house services. I genuinely enjoy being a babysitter and have previous experience caring for young children. I also have a younger brother who is six years younger than me, and I’ve helped take care of him since I was little. For senior care, I’ve spent a lot of time looking after my grandparents when I’m home. I really enjoy spending time with older adults—listening to their stories, learning from them, and sharing meaningful conversations. When it comes to pet care, I absolutely love dogs!
