I am a full-time student at Grand Canyon University, currently pursuing my Doctorate in Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health through their online program. I’m also teaching 4th, 5th, and 6th grade at a private school in South Dallas. Before teaching, I served as the Director of Child Development at a homeless shelter for women and children. With extensive experience working with children of all ages—including special needs—I’ve babysat in a variety of settings such as homes, nurseries, classrooms, conferences, camps, hotels, and churches.
