Hi! I’m a dependable and experienced caregiver with 9 years of hands on childcare experience. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with families in a variety of roles from babysitting and tutoring, to leading groups of kids at summer camp and afterschool programs. I’ve cared for children who are up to 16 years old (mostly school aged children aged 5-12), and I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for them to grow and thrive. Whether it’s helping with homework, making dinner, cleaning up, putting them to bed, heading out to the park, or even binge watching their favorite movies on repeat (you would not believe how many times I’ve seen The Minions movies lol), I’m there with patience, energy, and a smile.
I’ve also worked as an in home tutor for five years, specializing in Chinese, English, and math, which means I’m well versed in keeping kids focused and engaged academically, too.
In addition to childcare, I have a lifelong love for animals. I grew up with five pit bulls in my home and have always been comfortable around pets of all kinds. I’ve petsat for friends and family, sometimes for up to two months at a time; making sure their pets were well cared for, exercised, fed, and loved while they were away.
Families know me as approachable, responsible, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the kids and pets I care for. I bring heart, structure, and flexibility to every home I step into, and I’m always ready to help however I can.
