I am a good person to be a caregiver for your children because I love working with kids and playing with them and I have a bit of experience because I volunteer in my church and I work with kids all the time of all ages 1 to 13. I feel like I’m really good with kids.

I have 25 plus years of experience caring/teaching children and managing a home. Besides raising three children of my own, I have also taught swimming lessons for 20 summers, substitute taught, homeschooled, cared for twins, managed diabetes, am CPR/AED/First Aid certified, Newborn Care Specialist cert, Birth and Postpartum Doula certs, held live-in and live-out positions in the MD, VA, DC area, and have excellent references. I enjoy taking children on fun outings to the zoo, library, parks, museums, live music, puppet shows, feed the ducks, etc. I am also very active and play or have played most sports. In addition to having fun with the children, I am very educational minded and I teach them at all stages of development--sitting, walking, talking, ABC's, numbers, colors, shapes, reading, manners, respect, thankfulness, kindness, sharing, etc. Kids love me and I love them!
