My approach to childcare
I enjoy creating fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage childrenās curiosity, creativity, independence, and development. Whether weāre exploring local parks, visiting the library for story time, enjoying picnics, attending activities and classes, or arranging playdates, I love keeping children active, engaged, and excited to learn.
At home, we can read books, paint, draw, work on puzzles, play games, dance, sing, and listen to music. I also love incorporating Spanish into everyday activities, giving children a fun and natural opportunity to learn a second language.

āXimena was our nanny for 1.5 years and have taken care of our 3 very different children.Ā She is smart, patient, regulated, attentive and careful and we trust her a lot with our children.Ā She drives them all around town, from summer camps that are about an hour away, to daily pick-ups and drop-offs from school. She also prepares meals for the kids (according to our instructions),Ā takes the kids to the park after school, and sometimes even gives them baths.Ā She was an angel to us. It was incredible how she was able manage 3 very different kids (from newborn baby to primary school aged child - one with behavioral and sensory challenges) and work with 2 very busy parents. Our instructions to her were short and quick, yet she very capably navigated throughoutĀ the household flawlessly. She is also very reachable and responsive.Ā We were never worried aboutĀ the well-being of our kids, and I would say we're generally anxious parents. Our youngest was ready to go to daycare and thatās the reason we didnāt need her anymore otherwise we wouldāve been so happy to keep her as our nanny, but whoever gets her next will certainly be well taken care of!Ā Happy to provide a more detailed reference!ā
