Hello My name is Mirna and I am 27 years old. I am currently offering my Child Care and Pet Care services. I really enjoy my time with children For which I have been in charge of babies from 6 months to 11 yemás. Usually one of my activities is feeding them, bathing them, preparing meals, putting them to sleep, playing with them and I can teach them some Spanish. I have had more experiences with babies, but I really enjoy time with children of all ages. If you have animals I am also comfortable with that one. I will be happy to talk with you and tell you more about my experience with children.

$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 20 families in Kirkland, WA

Hi, I’m Hermela! I’ve been babysitting for a couple of years for family and friends. When I’m not babysitting, I work as a seasonal counselor at Steve and Kate’s camp and as a patient care coordinator at a nearby hospital. On my free time, I enjoy hiking, painting, and puzzles. I’m also a student, so I tend to be busier some weeks but I love helping out whenever I can, so feel free to reach out with any questions :)

Hermela was wonderful and we’d love to have her help again in the near future! She stepped in last minute when another scheduled caregiver had a family emergency and wasn’t able to come. She was quick to respond, arrived on time despite a lengthy commute, she was warm, attentive and jumped in to help immediately. I felt fully confidant that my dad with advanced Alzheimer’s was in great hands with her care and competence out and about on outings. I would love to have her watch my two kiddos as well in the future. My dad really enjoyed having her there and I know my kiddos would love working with her too.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
