Diana 1 review
Everett
$22 per hour for 1 child

Hello there! I am a stay at home mom of four kiddos. Two of my children attend elementary school. I attended Western Washington University and graduated with a Major in Special Education and a minor in Spanish. I have taught in public schools for 11 years and have taken the last year off in order to be home with my younger children. I babysat other kiddos all summer long in my own home and had a blast. My kids and I enjoy puzzles, crafting, gardening, rock hunting, fishing, playing board games, building forts, doing art, making S'mores, and learning. I have a fully-fenced yard and am able to provide childcare services during the day primarily. I am seeking a family that is interested in long-term care. I am open to assisting families with evening care or date nights if I have developed a rapport with the family. *I do have a Chihuahua who has been around my kids since birth.

It was quite obvious right away that Diana was the perfect fit for us. She is kind, warm and very caring. She’s very interactive with playing, teaching, and encouraging them. She was comfortable taking them on trips nearby to the children’s museum and waterfront. We felt that our daughters were very safe in her home, the security cameras and close relationships with the local police made us feel at ease. Highly recommend her and will use her again!

Hello Families, My name is Jessica, and I am a dedicated and highly experienced childcare professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for infants and young children. Supporting children during their earliest and most important developmental years is truly my passion, and I take great pride in providing attentive, nurturing, and dependable care for the families I work with. With a strong background in child development and early childhood education, I have worked in a variety of childcare settings including private nanny positions, nanny shares, and early childhood education programs. My experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children has given me a deep understanding of developmental milestones and the importance of creating a supportive, enriching environment where children feel safe, confident, and loved. I strive to create a calm, engaging atmosphere where children can learn and grow through play, exploration, and meaningful interaction. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence while supporting each child’s individual development. Whether it’s reading together, sensory play, outdoor exploration, or creative activities, I love helping little ones discover the world around them. Families often describe me as patient, calm, reliable, and deeply attentive to the emotional and developmental needs of children. I value open communication and strong partnerships with parents, believing that consistency and trust between caregiver and family are key to a child’s well-being. My goal is always to provide exceptional care so that parents can feel confident knowing their child is safe, nurtured, and thriving. I would love the opportunity to connect with your family and learn more about your childcare needs. Warmly,

I have over two years of childcare experience at an early childhood education center as a teachers assistant (lots of toddler experience!) I've worked with infants through school-aged children, where I have created a warm, positive environment for children to learn and grow. I love incorporating play based learning, staying active, and spending time outdoors. I aim to be more than just a caregiver, and become a supportive, positive influence in a child's development. I am CPR/first aid certified and knowledgeable in safe sleep practices, with 30 hours of stars training completed.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
