Hi! My name is Dasha, and I’m a recent college graduate with a degree in Business Management. I have hands-on experience caring for children through both my previous work as a Teaching Assistant and as a nanny. As a Teaching Assistant at Valley Learning Center, I worked closely with children and families, helped create a safe and positive environment, supported children with different needs, and regularly communicated with parents and teachers about their child’s day and progress. More recently, I had the opportunity to work as a live-in nanny for a family while they were out of town, caring for their 3-year-old son from morning to bedtime. I was responsible for waking him up, preparing meals, getting him ready and driving him to daycare, picking him up, playing with him, keeping him on his routine, and putting him to bed, as well as helping keep the home tidy. I’m responsible, patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children and getting to know their individual personalities. I’m comfortable taking initiative and handling routines independently while making sure children feel safe, cared for, and engaged. I’m also fluent in Russian in addition to English.
