I have been working with people of many ages and abilities for over 6 years with a bachelors in social work. I’ve worked with kids, teens, and adults (5-65) with mental health and behavioral issues; developmentally disabled and neurodivergent kids and teens (5+); and houseless young adults. I also have experience working with people of all different backgrounds, (cultural, non-English speaking, LGBTQ+, economical, etc.). Although I don’t have as much experience working with seniors it has been something that I’ve been interested in and know that I can succeed in. I also don’t have experience working with infants and toddlers but that is also something I feel confident in my ability to learn. With my background in working with neurodivergent kids as a behavior tech and in in-patient psych as a mental health specialist, I am very attentive to people’s needs and shifts in behaviors. I am able to read warning signs before situations escalate and if they do I know exactly what we need to do to become centered. My calming presence and attuned energy makes me a great choice as your loved one’s caregiver. Some other things about me: I love spending time with my loved ones whether that’s outside or doing a craft or watching a movie. I’ve been very into photography lately and doing photo shoots for friends. I love to cozy up at home with a book or my switch and tv show on. I love making music and listening to music. I also love spending time outside whether that’s swimming, hiking, camping or any other fun activities.
