Hello:) My name is Sydney. I have a long career of working with children of all ages including those with special needs. I have a masters in speech therapy and have worked as a speech therapist and feeding therapist for 1.5 years. I love to incorporate language and developmental models when working with children of all abilities and levels of development. I love working with children and find it comes naturally to me. I also have experiences dog sitting and have a wonderful labradoodle that loves to make friends. I am wanting to make extra $ on the side of the part time speech therapy jobs because my husband and I just bought our first home and would also like to save up to have our own children:)

Hi! I’m Anastasia, a junior at Grand Canyon University majoring in Marketing. I’ve been working with children for several years and have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-age children. I currently work in the infant room at a daycare, where I’ve spent the past 8–9 months providing hands-on care for babies, including feeding, playtime, daily routines, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. I also have 3–5 years of experience working with toddlers and school-age children through babysitting, childcare, and summer camp programs. I previously worked with the Irish Cultural Center’s summer camp and have been babysitting occasionally since I was about 16. Before changing my major to Marketing, I spent my first two years of college studying nursing, which gave me additional education and experience related to health, safety, and caring for others. I have also completed CPR and First Aid training. I’m patient, responsible, attentive, and enjoy creating a fun, comfortable environment where kids can play, learn, and be themselves. I’m happy to follow each family’s routines and preferences so parents can feel confident their children are in dependable hands. I do have a peanut allergy, so I appreciate families letting me know ahead of time if peanuts or peanut products are regularly used in the home. I’ve been teaching in grades 1-6 for the past 17 years. I have daily experience working with 25+ children. I am dependable and hardworking. I currently have two pitbull dogs but grew up mucking stalls for our horses, taking care of various types of birds, reptiles and fish. My mom is a senior who is on oxygen so I am familiar with the frequent doctor visits and needs of seniors. I am a full time teacher so I am currently looking to work during the summer months and extended holidays.
