Early arrival: If you are arriving early, please let me know so that I can arrange to leave earlier from your home. However, I still expect to be paid for the time as scheduled. 3. Cancellations: I know unexpected things can happen but if you need to cancel. Please do it 48 hours before the original booking. This will give me time to book another family.
