Hi there! I’m Sophia 😊 I have 10+ years of babysitting and childcare experience, and I’ve been part of UrbanSitter since 2018. I started babysitting in my neighborhood when I was younger, and I’ve loved working with kids ever since - especially after moving to San Francisco! I currently work a 9-5, so I’m available for part-time babysitting. I have experience with meal prep, school pickups and carpools, light housekeeping, and planning fun, engaging activities to keep kids happy and busy. I also spent 3 years volunteering part-time at a daycare, which gave me even more hands-on experience with children of different ages. I truly enjoy building connections with families and creating a safe, positive environment for kids!
“Sophia was fabulous with my kids and pets. They were very happy with her and are eager to have her come back again!”
2nd grade teacher looking for a summer job and/or occasional work —— Hi, I'm Jenna and I would love to be your babysitter! I am a 2nd grade teacher with over 10 years of experience babysitting children of various ages (typically anywhere from 6 months to 12 years old), as well as 7 years of experience nannying. Additionally, I have experience working as a children’s gymnastic coach. Beyond my experience, I am told I am caring, active, and creative. Please let me know if you have anymore questions and let me know if this sounds like it could be a good fit for you! Thanks so much!
“Our kids had a great time hanging out with Jenna!”
Hi everyone! My name is Sofia. I’m originally from Napa and moved to SF a year ago to start my career as a recruiter. I work a hybrid schedule, have flexible hours, and am looking to babysit in the evenings and/or weekends! I have nannied long term during the entirety of my time in college, have extensive babysitting experience caring for children as young as 5 months old to 12 years old, & prior experience working at the daycare at the Napa Valley Country Club. I have had the pleasure of working with several families here in the city and absolutely love watching over their kiddos! I also used to work as a behavioral technician for children with learning disabilities. I would love to help you out!
Hi there! I currently run my own PR and Marketing operation from home. My schedule is flexible and I'm looking for some side work. I spent over 10 years teaching developmental gymnastics for children between 4 months-12 years old. I also led camps for elementary age children and teenagers. I've coached cheerleading and dance and I used to babysit a lot of my students while living in Southern California. I'm all about learning and having fun. Engaging with your child is important to me and it's all I've ever known. My mom is a pre-k teacher and my brother is a junior high teacher. So, it runs in our blood. = ) My background with children extends overseas where I've volunteered in orphanages in South Africa, Peru and Mexico. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hello, Bay Area Families! My name is Ashley, and it’s great to meet you. I really enjoy babysitting kids and getting to know them and their unique personalities! I am an Aunt to five nieces and nephews under the age of 10, who live in Phoenix and Kansas City, and a dog mom to a miniature Aussiedoodle, Charles Barkley “Chuck”. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a working proficiency of French. I mainly babysat for one family with three young boys from the age of 14-17 during high school in the evenings and weekends in Wichita, Kansas. I went to school in New York City and nannied throughout the week, and babysat during the weekend for a few families with elementary school age children. I studied abroad in France and nannied for one family for the duration of my six months where I helped their three children with their English language skills, and primarily cared for their youngest child. I have lived in SF for 7 years, and am looking for occasional evening sits. Please reach out and let me know if I can help!
“Ashley was really thoughtful about confirming / being on time / associated logistics. She was very engaged with our kids and followed up my walkthrough with a lot of questions. Really kind and easy-going. My kids had a great time.”

"Caitlin was awesome and jumped right in to chaperone four girls (10, 9, 8 and 6) at a family wedding (they were bridesmaids) and she was very helpful with the event as well as taking them home and putting them to bed."
Lila P., parent

"McKenna was great with our 3 year old son! She came prepared with a box of fun activities and handled playing, dinner, and bedtime seamlessly... and it was all at our hotel while we were in town for a wedding. Thank you McKenna!"
