I am a private school teachers aide for special needs children and have worked with kids aged 6 to 18 in this field. Before being a teacher, I was a respite care provider for special needs children. Overall, I have been in the field professionally for 4 years, but have done nannying since I was 15, for children as young as 3 months! (I am now 23 years old) Before this field, I worked in elderly assisted living. I had a variety of pets growing up and am comfortable caring for animals as well! Hi! My name is Mandy and I am a junior at UC Davis, studying Human Development. I am offering child care for children of all ages. It has been my dream since I was young to eventually work with children and babysitting might be one of the best jobs I've ever taken on! I've only recently began babysitting professionally about a year ago. So far I've only babysat children from the ages of 2 to 10, but really I've been babysitting since I became an aunt when I was 12! I aspire to become an educator. I've recently worked at a preschool for a year and a half, working with children from 18 months to 5 years of age and children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and deaf/hard of hearing).
