I recently obtained my bachelor's in psychology at UCSB with a focus in child development and neurodiversity, and am excited to begin my master's in social welfare at UCLA in fall 2026. I am passionate about positive youth development, and in my recent professional roles, I have provided ABA support to neurodiverse kids ages 3-16, infant development therapy for kids ages 0-3, and served as a case manager at a 24hr youth shelter for 12-17 year olds. Personally, I am an easily excited individual who enjoys the outdoors, animals, the beach, and learning new things!

Hello, I’m Meriam! I’m a 26 year old woman living in Playa del Rey. I recently moved here after finishing school in Michigan. I have experience babysitting my nieces and nephews from their diaper days all the way into their teenage years. I love being in the company of children and understand the importance of having warm, positive, considerate role models around. I’m more than happy to accomodate any special needs and to help with school work and studying. I also have experience housesitting for family members and family friends, as well as dog walking! I have a dog and two cats of my own, so I’m very familiar with pet personalities, feeding times, ailments, etc. I’m very detail oriented, patient, and empathetic.
