I was recently thinking of a way to assist parents (single parents), as a mom whose had both married and single years. Then, I came across UrbanSitters. I have four children, who are now all adults. For sure, there were those who assisted me during the single years with my children, when they were little, and I would like to do the same for other parents in return. Sometimes parents need a little assistance with running errands, pick-ups, of just have a sitter sit some hours so parents can take a breather and free up more time for family time. I have an associates degree in medical administration and finishing up a bachelor degree in criminal justice. I have worked in the business, medical and judicial settings, pretty much since graduating high school.
