I am a mental health therapist (LCSW) looking for part time/date night/weekends jobs to supplement my income and connect me back to the joyous work of supporting youth. I am adventurous, empathetic, responsible, and proactive. I am 30 years old and have been working with kids and pets since I was probably about 14. I have worked as an after-school nanny, completing school pickups and activities, as well as a babysitter fo a variety of ages. I worked as a mother’s-helper for a mother who had twins, supporting her with household cleaning and meals, as well as taking care of her 3 year old daughter. Previously, I worked as a behavior therapist for kids with autism and as a paraprofessional in an elementary school for kids with behavioral and developmental disabilities. I started babysitting when I was 12 and have continued to throughout my life. I’m a 50 year old mother of two boys, 22 and 20 and we had a dog and multiple cats along the way. I worked at gym daycares when the kids were little as well as traded babysitting with friends with kids. I myself was raised with a younger sister and many animals including a pony, dogs, cats, fish, birds, a bunny, turtles and rats. I spent my summers at our families ranch in Northern California which has horses, cows, dogs, cats, peacocks, turkeys and pheasants. All in all I’ve had the joy of enjoying and taking care of many children and animals through the years and look forward to doing the same with yours.

I have been babysitting since I was ten years old! I grew up as the second oldest child with two younger siblings who I loved helping take care of. My mom has been doing in-home daycare since I was six, so I was always around kids and helping out where I could! I have nieces and a nephew, and find so much joy watching them learn and grow.
