I have two years of floater experience in childcare with toddlers and babies and absolutely adore my kiddos! I get 16 hours of annual health & safety and developmental training, and will continue to do so to ensure I can provide the best environment for your child. I'm quiet, attentive, calm-natured, but value firm boundaries and redirection, and like to create a child-led environment fostering independence.
