Hi =) My name is Keaisha or as many of the children/families I’ve cared for call me Kia =) I'm a former certified primary toddler/preschool teacher at Bright Horizons at Biogen. I am currently a Special Education English Paraprofessional at Excel High teaching grades 9, 11, and 12 in the Special Education department. I am also a college graduate from UMass Boston with a bachelors in psychology. graduated previously from Bunker Hill Community College with 2 degrees; one is a certificate in Early Childhood Development/Education and the other is an Associate in Liberal Arts. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am also EEC Certified to teach infant, toddler and Preschool students as well as have 2 years experience teaching K-Prep (previously known as Pre-K) students. Hi families! I’m a former au pair and professional nanny of 4 years. I have 900+ verified hours as a volunteer at a daycare in South Africa. I’m a quick learner and can easily adapt to new routines and responsibilities. I do have a valid driver’s license with driving experience in all weather conditions and different car types.
