Hi! My name is Maylani, and I am entering my junior year of college studying Public Health Science. I’m looking for a seasonal summer babysitting position and would love to support a family that needs help during the week and/or weekends. I have experience babysitting for families in my neighborhood after completing Safe Sitter training, and I have also worked as a gymnastics coach for school-age children since the summer of 2023, a role I continue to hold today. Growing up in a large family meant that I always was intimately acquainted with just how intense and rewarding it can be to raise children. Even though it can be chaotic at times, seeing the world through new eyes is exciting. As such, for all of high school, I babysat children from the ages of 3-10, taking them to after-school lessons, making dinners and spending time going on adventures! In addition, I also tutored in a local elementary school, assisting technology classes and helping students with beginner coding and typing skills.
