I also have training in infant & adult CPR and have teaching certifications in Music Together and Trauma- Informed Yoga & Mindfulness. I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Therapist and have taught Family Yoga. Senior Yoga & PreNatal Yoga for the past 25 years @ the local Prospect Park YMCA up until COVID.
