A little bit about my background-- I am based in Brooklyn two blocks from Prospect Park. I have over 15 years experience caring for and rescuing high-need dogs with health issues. I decided to open up my home to dogs on Urbansitter after my senior dog recently passed away from end stage renal disease. Through caring for him and others, I have learned to administer subcutaneous fluid as well as oral medication to animals. I specifically have ample experience supporting dogs with generalized anxiety disorder, Cushing's, bladder stones, chronic pancreatitis, allergies, injuries, and so on.
