About this babysitting job

We are looking for caring dependable patient and responsible babysitters to provide supervision and companionship for a 10-year-old child and a 19-year-old young adult with autism, the ideal care shippers should be comfortable with working with different ages and understand that Euro men need support with communication routines, activities and daily tasks. The goals provide a safe, respectful, encouraging and enjoyable environment for both children. The caregiver should understand that autism affects everyone differently. The 19-year-old may have individual communication, sensory, social or routine related needs. The babysitter should be willing to learn what works best for them and follow our guidance, only qualifications that we ask for is being reliable and responsible patient and compassion, compassionate, comfortable, caring for children and young adults. Good communication skills, you're able to fall directions in household routines, and you're comfortable working with someone with autism. Previous babysitting, child care, teaching or caregiving experiences, preferred autism experience or training is a plus but not necessary.
