Recurring Monday Evening Sitter Needed – Alamitos Beach Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, warm, and engaging sitter for my almost 4-year-old daughter while I attend my graduate practicum class from home. Dates: Every Monday, September 14 through November 30 Time: 5:30–7:30 PM Location: Alamitos Beach, near Ocean Blvd. This would be a consistent weekly commitment for the semester. I’ll be home in another room attending class, and I’m looking for someone who can spend time with my daughter—playing, reading, hanging out with her, and occasionally giving her dinner if needed. I’d love to find someone we can build a great, ongoing relationship with. There may also be opportunities for occasional additional sitting if my practicum runs late, I need some uninterrupted homework time, or other needs come up. We’ll have a longer winter break, but I’ll be continuing graduate classes and practicum during Spring and Summer 2027, with graduation after that, so there is definitely potential for this to continue into future semesters depending on my class schedule. I also have a large dog. He will either be with me in my room or in his crate during the sit, but I want to mention him in advance for anyone who may not be comfortable around large dogs. I’d love to meet beforehand so you can meet my daughter, we can get to know each other, and make sure it feels like a good fit before September 14.
