She is 8 years old and pretty independent, so this is a very laid-back babysitting job. She mainly needs someone responsible to be there with her and keep an eye on her while I’m away. She’s perfectly happy watching YouTube, playing video games, or playing with her toys and usually keeps herself entertained. She has two older siblings who are both away at college, so most of the time it’s just she and I at home. She’s a total sweetheart, very friendly and outgoing, and there’s a good chance she’ll consider you her new best friend within the first hour. We do have a dog who is very protective of her. To make everyone comfortable, he’ll be secured in a separate area while you’re here, so you won’t be responsible for any pet care. I want you to feel comfortable and at home while you’re here too. Feel free to relax, watch TV, use the Wi-Fi, and help yourself to anything in the fridge or pantry. I’m really just looking for someone dependable, caring, and comfortable hanging out with an easygoing 8-year-old while I’m away.Babysitting job details
