We have two kids: our daughter is 7 and our son is 13. Our daughter is creative, loves arts and crafts, gymnastics, and being read to before bed (lights out by 8pm). She does great with sitters who'll get down on the floor and play or do a project with her. Our son is more independent. He mostly just needs someone around the house for safety and to keep an eye on things, help get him to practice or a friend's house if driving is needed, and make sure homework gets started before screens. He's easygoing, but appreciates being treated like the teenager he is rather than 'babysat.' We're mainly looking for weekend evening coverage and occasional weekday afternoons when school lets out early. Both kids are pretty easy. No allergies or major issues, just need someone patient, comfortable managing two different age groups at once, and confident driving with a car seat/booster if outings come up. We pay promptly and try to give as much notice as possible for bookings.Babysitting job details
