About this babysitting job
I’m seeking a reliable caregiver this Thursday, 9/10 to pick up my 6-year-old daughter from her elementary school in Astoria. The caregiver should arrive by 2:00 p.m. for her 2:10 p.m. dismissal and accompany her safely to her after-school program, located approximately 1.6 miles away and less than a 10-minute drive. I can arrange and fully pay for a cab, or you may use your own safe and insured vehicle, with gas reimbursed. The full one-hour rate of $25 is guaranteed even if the pickup is completed early. I may need additional weekday pickups for up to two weeks while her school-bus arrangements are finalized. Ideally, I’m also looking for a dependable caregiver who can remain connected with our family throughout the school year for holidays, school closures, emergencies, and occasional childcare.
