About this babysitting job

I am looking for someone to help with my newborn. I work from home and will plan to have meals that can be reheated. I am looking for someone who can do sensory activities with the child, engage in various play activities, and any educational activities. Since I work from home if I have a break I can come by or assist or am available for questions not during all my client appointments but if needed I can be briefly interrupted for a question here or there. My husband sometimes does not work all 5 days out of the week (variable, does not know until day before). So you are not required to come on days he is not working, but we can also compensate you for at least a half day or full day depending on the agreement made. This is our first child so we really want someone who is attentive, loving and caring. If we have leftovers for you then you can eat any as well, however, this may not always be the case. Since this will be within baby's first year of life, she will be asleep for some of the time, and then wake up and eat, some play time, then back to napping. Therefore, it will likely allow time for you to study or keep yourself busy. If we did need someone on weekends or other times we will offer this but we most likely plan to have family time and this is not a requirement.
