We are looking for a confident, reliable, and hands-on caregiver for our active, imaginative, and energetic 3-year-old boy while parents are out for dinner. He loves physical play, building, and sensory games and music. We are looking for someone who can step in, lead with warmth and confidence, and keep the evening structured and calm. Core Responsibilities: Active Play (4:30 PM – 6:00 PM): Keep him engaged with play (indoor games, building, reading). Screen-free preferred. Dinner & Clean-up (6:00 PM – 6:45 PM): Serve pre-prepped dinner (meal will be ready to heat and serve). Basic clean-up of dishes/kitchen area after. Potty Training Support: He is actively potty training. Requires proactive, gentle reminders, patience, and direct assistance in the bathroom. Bedtime Routine (7:15 PM – 8:00 PM): Execute his established routine: pajamas, teeth brushing, stories, and tuck-in. Evening Monitoring (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Keep an eye/ear on the monitor, ensure he stays settled, and relax until parents return at 10:00 PM.Babysitting job details
