About this babysitting job
I am looking for a reliable sitter for my 8 year old son in North Phoenix. He is in third grade. He is easygoing, loves to talk, and does well with adults who engage him. The schedule is about twice a month on weekends, plus occasional weekdays when school is on break. Most visits are two to three hours. I give at least two weeks' notice whenever possible. Along with regular care, I would like help with homework and light reading and math practice. I can share exactly what he is working on and what approach to use. No teaching background is required. Patience and consistency matter more. No driving of my son is required. The sitter needs reliable transportation to and from my home. I would like to start with paid daytime visits so he can get comfortable before any longer and/or evening bookings.
