About this babysitting job

I’m looking for a reliable, consistent caregiver to help with morning care and school drop-off for my 9-year-old daughter on the days I work. I work 12-hour nursing shifts, so I leave home early in the morning. Care would be approximately 6:00AM and 7:45 AM (but I will pay you until 8am in case she is running a bit slow/late). Job would include waking her up at 6:30am, helping keep her on track while getting ready for school, make her an easy breakfast, make a lunch, making sure she has everything she needs for the day, providing some light supervision/company in the morning, and walking her to school for drop-off (school is very close, the parking lot is by our backyard). She is fairly independent and doesn’t need intensive morning care. I mainly need a dependable, kind adult who can keep the morning moving and get her to school safely and on time with everything she needs for the day. Ideally interested in an ongoing position rather than something very short-term. I also would need this same shift on the 24th and 25th to start out and see how we fit. This would include the same morning hours about 5-7 times a month, potential for longer weekend shifts occasionally (13-14 hours on Saturday and Sunday) if that would be something you’d be interested in in the future.
