Hi! We're hoping to have a date night for a 9:00 PM reservation. Our daughter Celine goes down around 8:00/8:30 PM and is a consistent sleeper. We're looking for someone to be present while we slip out for a few hours to have a dinner. There likely wouldn't be any feeding / diaper changes needed; relatively easy sit.
