• Support ongoing potty training with patience and positive reinforcement • Lead age-appropriate play-based learning activities (puzzles, sensory play, early literacy/numbers) • Encourage independence: help Kayo practice self-feeding and drinking on her own • Sing songs together and engage in music/movement activities • Take Kayo biking or for outdoor walks/fresh air time daily (weather permitting) • Prepare simple snacks/meals and maintain a safe, clean play environment • Communicate daily updates with parents (naps, meals, potty progress, mood) Ideal Candidate: • Experience with toddlers, especially potty training age (2-3 years) • Warm, calm, socially attuned — comfortable easing into a child's trust at her own pace • Enjoys active play, singing, and outdoor time • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Reliable, punctual, with referencesBabysitting job details
