About this babysitting job

We are looking for a warm, responsible, and energetic part-time babysitter to help care for our three children: a 5-year-old girl, 2-year-old boy, and 7 month boy. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with children and is comfortable caring for multiple ages. Our ideal sitter is engaging, patient, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities may include: Playing with and actively engaging the children Helping with after-school and afternoon routines Preparing simple meals and snacks for the kids Feeding and caring for the baby as needed Helping with bath and bedtime routines Helping with morning routines Taking the kids to the park, activities, or occasional local outings Light tidying related to the children, such as putting away toys, cleaning up after meals, and keeping play areas organized Occasional school/activity drop-off or pickup driving, if needed We would love to find someone who is confident with young children, safety-conscious, reliable, and able to create a fun and calm environment. Experience with infants and toddlers is strongly preferred. Ideal qualifications: Prior childcare experience, infant experience, excellent references, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Most importantly, we are looking for someone kind, trustworthy, proactive, and excited to become a consistent part of our family’s routine.
