Seeking a flexible, primary sitter for our 3-year-old son in West Highland We are looking for a reliable, warm, and engaging sitter to become a consistent, long-term caregiver for our 3-year-old son. We live in West Highland near 32nd & Tennyson. Our son has only been cared for by family and close friends so far, so our goal is to find one go-to person that he and we can get to know well and trust over time. First Step: Paid "Getting to Know You" Shift We want to take things slow so everyone feels comfortable. To start, we’d love to book a paid 2-hour shift where we all hang out at our house together. We have flexibility on the day and time for this first appointment. Ongoing Schedule & Need: Once we’re all comfortable, we are looking for a flexible, ad-hoc arrangement averaging a few hours a week: Weekend Blocks: Date nights or mornings (3–4 hour blocks, ~2x per month) Weekday Support: Occasional morning blocks (e.g., Thursday or Friday mornings while we’re working) Periodic Coverage: Occasional 5–6 hour blocks over consecutive days when one parent is traveling for work. Ideal Candidate: Experienced with 3-year-olds/preschoolers (knows how to keep them engaged, handle transitions, and have fun) CPR & First Aid certified with strong references If this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you!
