About this babysitting job
We are looking for a confident, reliable, and hands-on caregiver for our active, imaginative, and energetic 3-year-old boy while parents are at class and busy working from home. He loves physical play, building, and sensory games and music. We are looking for someone who can step in, lead with warmth and confidence, and keep the evening structured and calm. Core Responsibilities and rough Schedule: Potty Training Support: He is actively potty training. Requires proactive, gentle reminders, patience, and direct assistance in the bathroom. Active Play (6:00 PM - 6:30 PM): Keep him engaged with play (indoor games, building, reading). Dinner & Clean-up (6:30 PM – 7:15 PM): Serve pre-prepped dinner (meal will be ready to heat and serve). Basic clean-up of dishes/kitchen area after. Bath and Bedtime Routine (7:15 PM – 8:15 PM): Execute his established routine: Assist with a warm bath, and drying off, pajamas, teeth brushing, stories, and tuck-in. Evening Monitoring (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Keep an eye/ear on him while he's sleeping, ensure he stays settled until parents are freed up again no later than 10:00 PM.
