About this babysitting job
We are a Pacific Heights family looking for an experienced, responsible babysitter for our 18-month-old daughter. This is a backup role, not a full-time nanny job. We already have a primary caregiver. We need someone available on weekends and on other days when the primary is off. Hours are on-demand we will book as needed, not a fixed weekly schedule. What the job is: * One-on-one care for an 18-month-old girl in our home * Play, meals/snacks, diapers, naps, and daily routine * After a paid tryout, our primary caregiver will train you on how we guide and play with her (Montessori-informed: follow her lead, prepare the environment, independent play we will show you, not expecting a Montessori certificate) * Light housework only while she is napping or happily playing on her own. *We require references we can call.
