Hiring a part time caretaker starting Tuesday, Nov 3 in Cole - $20/hr

Looking to find a babysitter for our baby boy Ezekiel (EZ) 25 hours minimum per week. More hours available depending on the week. I primarily work from home, but it is a hybrid position so some weeks I have to go in for meetings or to be on location, some I don’t. My fiancée, Naya, works in our building and her office is just downstairs. Current arrangement with babysitter is for her to come over 5 days a week, 10am-3pm. The only exception is on game days (I work in sports) she comes over instead from 1pm-6pm. (Naya gets off work at 6pm) Looking to find a similar arrangement now that she is moving away. Five hours a day, five days a week. Most days I will be working from home and you’ll just be there to help with EZ while I work and take care of the house. Hours can be flexible for any non-game day and I’m happy to work around whatever else you’ve got going on from week to week, but on game days I will need someone here with EZ until 6pm when his mom gets off of work. During my busy season (Oct-May) my schedule may fluctuate a lot from week to week. Some days I’ll need to go in early, some days late, some days not at all. A little bit of flexibility on your end would be huge, and I promise I will remain flexible and do my best to work with you whenever life happens on your end too. I will also occasionally need to travel for work for a few days at a time. During these times, we can pay you extra hours and have you babysit for the entirety of Naya’s workday (9am-6pm). Otherwise we will need to coordinate with friends and family, or another sitter, to make sure someone is always there for EZ while I’m gone.
