About this nanny job
We are a loving, artistic family based in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We are seeking a warmhearted caregiver to join our family's weekly routine this Fall as we welcome our newborn son Romeo! He is two months old and his siblings are both in school a short bus ride away. Starting around 2pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you would hang with baby Romeo, who mostly naps but is increasingly lively and curious about the world. Read books, play, give bottles, change diapers, and just show him some steady calm while mom (Ellie) gets ready and leaves the house around 4, until dad (Drew) gets back with the other kids around 6. This role will ideally grow as Romeo grows and our schedules shift from season to season. You will get to be a solid part of Romeo's early life and development. Opportunity to work with the older kids as well and do some evenings/weekends, but for now we are just seeking the steady Tuesday + Wednesday presence.
