watch our 2-year-old boy Phillip, offer snacks, maybe take a nice walk to the playground, while mom and dad are busy wrapping up work for the day. we have a small shih tzu who will be present during your visit, Pudgy, who is 18 years old. (so, very old.) Grandma also has 2 dogs. They're small and they shouldn't be around you, but they can be loud and you'll probably hear them bark. (A Yorkie and a Maltese-mutt, to give you an idea -- they're little guys.) you'll pick Phillip up from grandma at the side door (she lives in the ADU), and watch him from 4-7 in the main house. Grandma will be expecting you. You'll have a code for the main door so you can get in unassisted. Phillip loves Paw Patrol toys, playing outside (especially with water, he has 2 water tables), acting like a dinosaur, playing with trains, going to the playground, and other 2-year-old boy things. You'll have access to a stroller to take him to the playground, just check with us first so we know if you go anywhere (we'll be available over text). you'll need to be comfortable changing diapers. you'll need to offer him food if he's hungry, and there are lots of snacks available for him. For dinner, we'll probably wait to do that when we get home, but if you feel like he's too hungry to wait we have freezer food you can quickly cook in the air fryer. try to minimize the TV time, but we allow him to watch a few shows when he's tired or fussy: Pupstruction, Paw Patrol, FireBuds, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Pixar's Cars series, and a few others (feel free to ask first). He'll sometimes ask for one of his shows. Please first try redirecting him to other activities, rather than giving in right away. :) that should cover it.
