About this nanny job

Hi! We’re looking for a warm, patient, dependable nanny to care for our two daughters, ages 2 years and 7 months, in our home as I return to work. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–2 PM, with occasional full days arranged well in advance. Start date to be determined. We’d love someone who enjoys helping little ones grow through play-based learning, books, music, outdoor play, and everyday activities. Supporting our toddler’s language, independence, and emotional development is especially important to us, alongside attentive, responsive care for our baby. Responsibilities include: * Planning simple, age-appropriate activities around both children’s needs. * Following feeding and nap routines, changing diapers, and supporting potty training without pressure. * Serving children’s meals/snacks and tidying up after their activities. * Providing daily updates and sharing what the girls are enjoying and learning. We’re looking for someone with: * Recent experience caring for an infant and toddler together. * A gentle, nurturing approach that respects children’s feelings and personal boundaries. * Current infant/child CPR and first-aid certification or ability to get certified prior to start date. * Reliable transportation and recent childcare references. * Early childhood education or training is a plus. Tagalog is also a plus, but not required! Please be comfortable with family members being home at times, disclosed cameras in common and childcare areas.
