About this babysitting job

Looking for a warm, reliable sitter for a date night/birthday celebration! We’ll be heading out for dinner and then going to a few bars afterward, so we’re looking for someone from 6:00 PM–1:00 AM. Our daughter, Everly, will be 5 months old and has a pretty easy bedtime routine. We’ll have everything ready for you when you arrive; her bottle, pajamas, sleep sack, etc. Her bedtime is around 7 PM, and you’ll essentially just need to give her a bottle, read her a book, and put her down for the night. Once she’s asleep, the rest of the evening is very low-key, just hanging out in the house and keeping an ear out for her. We have all the streaming services, plenty of food/snacks, and a cozy setup, so feel free to make yourself at home! We have a dog cowboy who will also want to hangout with you, but is super chill just excited to meet you at first! We’d love to find someone who is open to future babysitting jobs as well, since we’re hoping to find a go-to sitter for future date nights and occasional other childcare. We’re in South Austin, so someone who lives nearby or is comfortable coming down south would be a big plus! Looking for someone who is comfortable with young infants, dependable, and genuinely enjoys hanging out with babies. ❤️ Responsibilities: Baby’s bedtime routine, bottle, book, putting her down, and monitoring her while she sleeps.
