About this babysitting job
My daughter is 11.75 yrs old and we are in need of a babysitter on the evenings of Sunday, 10/11 and Saturday, 10/17. She is highly verbal, chatty, creative, and funny. She has an atypical type of autism called PDA which is a nervous system/anxiety based type of autism. She is curious, inquisitive, and pretty mellow. Loves girl pop, animals, arts and crafts, baking, fashion/aesthetics, Roblox. She thrives on a low-demand, collaborative "peer" connection rather than a traditional authority-based approach. Ideally, you're someone who: thrives on relationship-building; knows how to use/willing to learn how to use low-demand, declarative language to co-create fun or chill times without pressure; can exhibit an ability to stay grounded, flexible, and completely calm when anxiety or sensory overload hits.
