**Part-Time Nanny for Our Sweet 2.5-Month-Old — Seattle** **About our family** We're a family in Seattle with a 2.5-month-old baby boy, Leo. Mom is on parental leave and looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny to lend a hand during the day — feeding, naps, and playtime — so she can rest, run errands, and recharge knowing Leo is in good hands. **About Leo** Leo is 10 weeks old, healthy and happy, on a regular feeding and nap routine. He loves tummy time, being held, and listening to music. We follow a Montessori-inspired approach (lots of floor time, observing his cues, keeping a gentle rhythm) — Montessori experience or interest is a big plus. **Schedule & pay** Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 1:00–5:00 PM (12 hours/week). $25/hour. Start date flexible — ideally within the next couple of weeks. **Responsibilities** - Bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes - Nap routine and soothing - Tummy time and age-appropriate play - Light baby-related tidying (washing bottles, baby laundry) **What we're looking for** - Experience with young infants (newborn–6 months required) - CPR / First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) - Non-smoker; up to date on vaccinations (Tdap, flu, COVID) - Calm, patient, and attentive to baby's cues - Mandarin-speaking a plus - Reliable transportation
