We're Chris and Kaylin, and we're looking for a warm, experienced, and engaging nanny for our 2-year-old daughter, Zoe! Our previous nanny recently moved out of state, and we're hoping to find someone wonderful who can become a trusted part of our family for years to come. We value someone who genuinely loves helping children learn, explore, and grow. A Little About Zoe Zoe is a happy, curious, affectionate, and increasingly independent toddler. She's learning new words every day and loves music, books, animals, and outdoor adventures! We believe in learning through play, creativity, and exploration. We'd love someone who takes initiative planning activities, from playgrounds and library story times to playdates, classes, and neighborhood adventures. Who We're Looking For Early development: Experience supporting toddler language, emotional growth, independence, and early learning. Proactive and engaging: Enjoys planning activities, getting outdoors, and encouraging curiosity. Socialization: Helps Zoe build friendships, confidence, and social skills. Warm and nurturing: Patient, emotionally intelligent, and positive in guiding toddlers through big feelings. Experienced and reliable: Ideally 3+ years of nannying or early childhood education experience, with strong references. Collaborative: Great communication skills and a genuine interest in growing with our family. Practical: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comfortable with child-related meals, tidying, and laundry. Bonus: Open to light household management, including dishes, laundry, groceries, and organization, with additional compensation as appropriate. A Little More About Us We're a friendly, easygoing family in walkable Madrona. Kaylin works part-time from home, and Chris works remotely one day a week. We also have a sweet, 75-pound dog, Freddie!
