About this nanny job
Our 13 yr old son is a diverse learner who would enjoy hanging out with an 'older cousin' type of person. Ideally, you would enjoy in-person gaming; outdoor exploring; maybe some art; maybe some music; science-y type of experiments; some cooking; possibly some area excursions to the planetarium, shedd aquarium, exotic pet stores, museum of illusions, escape rooms, movies at home or at the theater, etc.. Basically, someone to chill out with, have fun with, while we work from home. (We'll be around most of the time but not necessarily hands on) Making time in the afternoon to have lunch/a snack together, etc., partner with him to clean up after lunch, etc., would be great. He is smart, funny, quirky and loves to hang out with older teens/young adults. Having a car is a plus! Hours ARE flexible, NOT set in stone. 4-5 days/wk This would NOT be a type of DAILY driving. Just occasionally when there is something fun to do away from the house.
