Wednesday Morning Nanny / Family Assistant – $31/hr Schedule: Every Wednesday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM Pay: $31/hour | $124 guaranteed per Wednesday We are looking for a reliable, caring, organized, and proactive nanny/family assistant to help with our 3.5-year-old son’s morning school routine, followed by light household assistance. Morning Childcare Responsibilities * Wake our son and prepare and serve breakfast * Help him get dressed and brush his teeth * Apply sunscreen * Pack his school lunch and water bottle * Help secure him in his car seat (Mom handles school drop-off) Household & Family Assistance After our son leaves for school, responsibilities may include: * Tidying and organizing toys and play areas * Washing dishes and tidying the kitchen * Vacuuming as needed * Washing, folding, and putting away laundry * Preparing afternoon snacks and simple meals * Pre-filling water bottles * Checking and restocking school supplies and household essentials * Organizing his backpack and school belongings * Preparing Instacart grocery orders with approval * Taking out trash and replacing liners * Other light household organization tasks as needed We have another household nanny who arrives at 8:00 AM, so responsibilities will be coordinated to avoid overlap. Guaranteed Pay & Flexible Early Release All four scheduled hours are guaranteed and paid in full. Although the scheduled shift is 7:00–11:00 AM, you may be released early once all assigned responsibilities are completed, with approval. You will still receive the full $124 for your shift, even if you finish early. Ideal Candidate * Reliable, punctual, and consistently available at 7:00 AM * Experienced with preschool-aged children * Warm, patient, and attentive * Organized, proactive, and able to work independently * Comfortable with light household and family assistant duties * CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required. If you’re not currently certified, no worries! We can provide CPR training for free. * Interested in a consistent, long-term position We value reliability, efficiency, and open communication and hope to find someone who can become a trusted part of our family’s weekly routine.
