About this babysitting job

Hi! I'm a single dad and emergency medicine physician in North Tacoma looking for a reliable, experienced caregiver for my two kids, ages 12 and 7. I'm primarily looking for help with occasional school pickups and drop-offs, along with a few hours of childcare on some mornings, evenings, and weekends. I anticipate needing help approximately 1–4 days per month, and I can generally provide plenty of advance notice. On some occasions, I may need someone to arrive as early as 5:45 a.m. Because school transportation is an important part of the job, you'll need a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and appropriate insurance. I'm hoping to find someone dependable, kind, and engaging who can build a comfortable, long-term relationship with my kids, even though the hours will be occasional. Ideally, I'd love to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted presence in our household!
