About this household help job

I'm looking for a thorough deep cleaning of my two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment (about 1,200 sq ft, two levels). I moved in May 2024, and it hasn't had a true deep clean since, so I'm looking for someone who gets into the details rather than doing a standard surface clean. The apartment has concrete floors throughout and very high ceilings. The downstairs is lived-in and will need the bulk of the work, especially the kitchen and my primary bathroom. Cleaning would include: Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping all floors Cleaning and disinfecting all three bathrooms (showers/tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures) Thorough kitchen cleaning (countertops, sink, stovetop, cabinet fronts, backsplash) Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and oven Wiping down baseboards throughout Dusting and wiping bookshelves, furniture, and surfaces Wiping doors, doorframes, windowsills, and other commonly missed areas Cleaning mirrors and interior glass surfaces Making the bed and changing linens (clean linens provided) General tidying and detailed cleaning throughout Details: Time: 5 hours. Rate: $62/hour ($310 total). Parking: One space available in adjacent garage. Will need to provide license plate number ahead of appointment. Supplies: Please bring your own cleaning supplies and products. I can provide a vacuum and an electric mop if helpful. Helpers: One cleaner only. No additional people, unless verified through UrbanSitter. My main priority is a comprehensive reset of the apartment. I'm looking for someone detail-oriented who's willing to tackle areas that may not typically be included in a routine cleaning. If this goes well, I'd love to set up regular recurring cleanings afterward.
