About this nanny job
Hi! I'm Subbu, and we're a family in North San Jose (95134) looking for a part-time nanny starting early January 2027. The schedule would be Monday–Friday, 9 or 10 AM to 1 PM (about 15–20 hours a week). It's a January–April position. We'll be starting tentatively daycare in May/June, so we're upfront that it runs through April 2027. Our daughter will be about 20 months old in January — curious, active, and into books, balls, and the park. The day would be play, reading, park walks, mealtimes, and her nap routine. Pay is $25–30/hr depending on experience, paid on payroll, with paid sick time per California law. We'd love someone with real toddler experience, CPR/First Aid, and references we can call. We'd also like to do a paid trial day in December before we start. Two quick questions: would you be available for a January start, and does a January–April term work for you?
